Do you specialise in a category, or are you generalists?
We work mainly with D2C and consumer brands at £500k to £5m. Inside that, we are sector-flexible: lifestyle, retail, jewellery, pet food, sports kit, food and drink. What we know is the buyer pattern at that scale, not a single vertical. If your category needs deep niche specialism we'll tell you on the call.
Who will actually run my account? Senior or junior?
The people whose names go on the proposal are the people doing the work. Start runs exec-led with senior oversight. Accelerate and Fly are senior-led, with a senior strategist on every call. No bait-and-switch handover.
What's the minimum spend you work with?
No fixed minimum, but Paid Social and PPC tiers assume monthly spend you'd expect at £500k+ revenue. Below £5k/mo ad spend, a different agency is usually a better fit and we'll say so.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. We charge a flat monthly retainer per tier. Your media budget goes to the platforms, not to us. Our margin doesn't grow when your spend does.
Can you work with our existing in-house team?
Yes. About a third of our clients have someone in-house we work alongside. We define who owns what in onboarding so there's no ambiguity.
How fast can we start?
30-day onboarding from contract signed. First reporting and optimisation cycle inside that window. We don't run 90-day setups.
What if you can't help us?
