Mira Marketing is a Newcastle-based marketing studio, trading as the public name of Mira Media Group Ltd (Company Number 11677120). Founded in 2018 by Stuart Bramley and Neil Stephenson, Mira works with UK brands that have outgrown their first marketing setup, from its studio at The Media Exchange in Ouseburn, Newcastle. The studio has approximately twenty people across leadership, account strategy, and service delivery, with no work subcontracted outside the team.

Mira started in 2018 as a Newcastle agency for local brands that had outgrown their first marketing setup. Two people, one P&L, one rule: the people you hire do the work.
Eight years on, we're sixteen people running 44 active retainers across the UK. The clients have got bigger. The rule hasn't changed. You hire Mira; Mira does the work.
We chose Newcastle because we live here. We chose to grow here because the talent in the North East is undervalued by London and overlooked by the rest of the country. We hire it before it leaves.

The same sixteen on every deliverable. Strategy and ops sit alongside the service execs because the studio is one operation, not a sales floor handing off to a delivery floor.
Not hiring right now.
No open roles at the moment. The studio hires when the work demands it, not before. If you think we should change that, write to us anyway. The North East has talent we keep an eye on, and we'd rather meet you before there's a brief than after.

The studio sits at The Media Exchange on Coquet Street, in Ouseburn. Walking distance from the Tyne, the bars, the bridges, and the valley that gave the studio its voice. Open most weekdays. Visitors welcome with a heads-up.

Retainer prices reflect outcomes and team scarcity, not a ledger of time. Every conversation gets faster.

Focus first. Scale later.
On paid, we pick a single platform per tier. Multi-platform is a Fly conversation. The constraint protects margin and forces real performance.
- 03 · Honesty over false precision
No fake percentage loaders.
We don't claim what we can't prove. No implied data we don't have. Reporting is plain language, plain numbers.

You hired Mira. Mira does the work.
No freelancers, no sub-agencies, no cheapest-hands-we-can-find. The people whose names go on the proposal are the people doing the work.

Smaller scope, not smaller price.
If a cold prospect can't afford the tier, we propose a smaller scope. Discounting to win a deal is a margin leak that compounds.
