A social media management agency that turns up every week.

Strategy, content, design, copy, scheduling and reporting on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest, with the photography and video shot by our own team, because the thing that kills most feeds is running out of material. Community management isn't included, ever. Run it on its own, or alongside the paid social it makes cheaper.

Somebody is on your Instagram right now, deciding whether to ring you.

They got your name from a friend, an ad or a search, and they're doing the forty-second check everybody does. Website, social, reviews.

Your last post is from March. It's a photo of a cake for someone's leaving do, which was lovely, and it now reads as the last thing that happened at your business. Nothing is wrong with the business. The account stopped, and an account that stopped looks like a business that stopped.

You'll never hear from the person who quietly rang somebody else.

That's the whole trouble with this channel. Doing it badly costs you nothing you can see. No lost click in a report, no missed enquiry you can point to. Just a slow leak of people who checked, weren't sure, and moved on.

And the feed doesn't go quiet because nobody cares. It goes quiet because someone in your business got busy, and posting was the thing that could wait. It always can. That's why it's the one channel that only happens if it's somebody's actual job.

What a social media management agency should do: make it, post it, and never let it go quiet.

Someone whose only job is your feed, a designer and a video producer, and all of them in one room, learning your business. We agree what the account is for, plan the month a month ahead where you can see it, shoot enough in one day to fill a season, and report honestly on what grew.

Some clients hand us social and nothing else. Some run it with paid social on the same platforms, so the feed makes the ads cheaper. Either works.

Things we won't bundle in

Community management. Influencer outreach. Attribution claims we can't back up.

What’s in it

Which platforms, what rhythm, and what the account is for, agreed before anything is posted.

A content plan a month ahead, visible to you, with a veto that doesn't need a meeting.

Posts, stories and reels written and designed here.

Photography and video shot by our own team, in batches, so the feed never runs dry.

Scheduling and posting on a rhythm that doesn't wobble when you get busy.

Monthly reporting on what grew, what people responded to, and how the account reads to a first-time visitor.

A named person doing the work, on the call, every month.

Right fit

  • You're building presence on the channels you own as a long-term thing.
  • You'll let us shoot, or you'll send material on a rhythm.
  • You see social as showing you're good at this and still trading, not as a sales channel.

Wrong fit

  • You expect social to drive measurable sales on its own. It rarely does. Pair it with paid.
  • You want us replying to comments and messages. Whoever answers needs to know your stock, your lead times and your prices, and they shouldn't be a stranger.
  • You can't commit to a rhythm and want us to "figure it out".

The video that fills a feed.

Four clips, shot and cut by our own team. A range launch, a product edit, a day out filmed the way a visitor would, and a behind-the-scenes hook. A feed goes quiet when it runs out of material, so we make the material.

From a feed that stalls to one that holds up.

  1. 01

    The audit (free)

Proof that you're good at this, reassurance that you're still trading, a way to show the thing you sell that the website can't, and often recruitment, which people forget is half of what LinkedIn does. We read your current accounts as a first-time visitor would and tell you what they say. One platform done properly beats four kept alive. Read-only access, five working days, written by the specialist who would run it. You keep the findings either way.

  2. 02

    Plan the month

Built around what you're selling, what customers keep asking about, and what's actually happening in the business. Every post has to do one of the jobs from step one, or it doesn't go out.

  3. 03

    Make it here

Written, designed and, where it needs a camera, shot by us. We come to you for a day and leave with enough material for a season.

  4. 04

Schedule it where you can see it

The month is visible before it goes live, so nothing goes out that you'd rather didn't, and you can veto anything without a meeting.

  5. 05

    Report honestly

What grew, what people responded to, how the account looks to somebody checking you out for the first time, and what we're changing next month.

Why no prices on the page? The right size depends on how many platforms you're on, how often you post and how much we shoot. We tell you which fits, and what it costs, on the first call.

Social media management, answered.

What does a social media management agency do?

It decides what the account is for, plans the month, makes the posts, schedules them and reports on what happened. At Mira that includes the photography and video, because the thing that kills most feeds is running out of material.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

No, on any plan. Whoever answers needs to know your stock, your lead times and your prices, and they shouldn't be a stranger guessing. We'll tell you what's coming in and who needs an answer. The answer comes from you.

Can you prove it brings in sales?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Somebody sees three of your posts, then searches your name, then buys, and every analytics system in the world records that as a search visit. What we will show you is what grew, what people engaged with, and how the account reads to a first-time visitor. If you want measurable sales this quarter, put the money into ads and let social do the job it's actually good at.

Do you shoot the content, or do we send you photos?

Either. We shoot in-house and it's the part clients get the most out of, because a day with a camera fills a season. If you'd rather send us what you have, we'll work with it and tell you honestly when it's running thin.

How many platforms should we be on?

Fewer than you think. One platform with a real rhythm beats four that go quiet in the same week. We'll pick it with you against where your buyers are and what you can realistically feed.

Tell us what your feed should be doing for you.

A 20-minute call. Tell us what's gone quiet; we'll say whether social is the right channel right now and what we'd post first. If it's not, we'll say what is.
