SEO services that win the searches your customers actually type.
Technical, content and local SEO from a UK agency that opens the monthly report with enquiries and sales, not positions. The pages are written in-house by our senior copywriter, not bought in. We're not a content farm and we won't sell you links you don't need. Run SEO on its own, or alongside the paid work we do for you.
Brands we work with
The page climbed the rankings, but the phone didn't ring more.
Two years in, the report says position four for eleven phrases nobody in your business has ever typed.
It might even be progress. You have no way of telling, because the number the report opens with is traffic, and traffic is the easiest thing in marketing to count and the easiest thing to be flattered by. A guide about a general topic pulls a couple of thousand curious readers a month and looks magnificent on a slide. The page about the thing you actually sell, at the price you actually charge, sits on page two where nobody goes. Somebody else decided that search was worth winning, and won it.
Every month on page two is a month your competitor is taking the enquiry.
Search doesn't wait for you to get round to it. The business ranking above you for the thing you sell is taking that enquiry today, and tomorrow, and every day until something changes. And because search compounds, the gap doesn't stay the same: every month they hold the position, it gets harder to take it off them.
Meanwhile, you're paying for every visit. The click you bought this morning is gone by tonight. The page that ranks keeps sending people for years, and it's the one thing in marketing you own outright once it works. Nobody can switch it off, raise the price, or change the rules on a Tuesday.
SEO services built around what a customer is worth, not what a keyword tool says.
An SEO specialist who does nothing but SEO, a senior copywriter who writes the pages, and all of them in one room, learning your business. We work out which searches are worth winning for you, clear what's stopping the site ranking, publish pages that deserve to win, and report on what it earned.
Some clients hand us SEO and nothing else. Some run it alongside paid search with us, on one keyword strategy, so they stop paying for terms they already rank for. Either works. Three agencies on one website does not.
Things we won't promise
Guaranteed rankings. Nobody delivers them, and anyone who promises them is either guessing or about to do something to your site that works right up until the morning it stops working.

What’s in it
Technical audit, then ongoing technical work every month.
Keyword and competitor research, scored on what a customer from each search is worth.
On-page optimisation across the pages that matter.
Content written in-house by our senior copywriter, planned with you first.
Local search, including your Google Business Profile.
Link building once the site has earned it.
AI search, so the answer engines name you as well as Google.
Monthly reporting that opens with enquiries and sales from search.
A named person doing the work, on the call, every month.
Right fit
- You see search as a long-term channel that pays you back, not a 90-day fix.
- You'll publish what we write, or tell us why not.
- You have a site that can be improved. Most can.
Wrong fit
- You need rankings in 30 days. Nobody honest can do that. Put the money into ads this quarter and let SEO be what pays you back next year.
- You want link schemes. We don't do them.
- You want international SEO without a scoping conversation. It's a different job, priced differently.
What it looks like when the searches are the right ones.

I think the big thing is that we as a business have invested a lot of time into upskilling / growing the knowledge around our industry to the likes of Madison, Riley, Timi, including yourself. That means that I believe you guys, again, understand our business very well and understand what we are trying to achieve.

From what's worth winning to what it earns.
- 01
The audit (free, and the findings are yours)
Technical health, content, backlinks, and the competitors who are actually beating you, scored before anything is promised. You get the findings written down, and you keep them whatever you decide about us.
- 02
Work out what's worth winning
Seed terms come from your business, not from a tool. We expand them, run the gap against your competitors, group them by topic, then score each group on what a customer from it is worth and whether we can realistically take it off whoever holds it now.
- 03
Clear what's holding the site back
Speed, structure, indexing, and the way the pages link to each other. Unglamorous, but you can't rank a site that's hard to read.
- 04
Publish pages that deserve to win
Written here by our senior copywriter, against what already ranks and what it misses. If a page wouldn't be worth reading, it isn't worth publishing. Four posts a month is a billing schedule, not a strategy.
- 05
Report on enquiries, then keep going
The monthly report opens with enquiries and sales from search. Positions are in there, further down, where they belong.
What we need from you
Search Console and Analytics access. Admin access to the site, whatever it's built on. A developer contact if someone else looks after it. What you sell, what it's worth to you, and which of it you want more of. A factual read of drafts: we can write it, but we can't know your products better than you. One named decision-maker to approve what gets published.

Why no prices on the page? The right size depends on how competitive your market is and how much you want to publish. We tell you which fits, and what it costs, on the first call.
Get named in the answer, not just ranked on the page.
More of your customers are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews before they search at all. The work overlaps with SEO but isn't the same job: it's about being the source the answer engines cite. It runs on top of an SEO plan, not instead of one.
SEO, answered.
What does an SEO agency actually do?
An SEO agency works out which searches are worth winning for your business, fixes what's stopping the site from ranking, and publishes the pages that win them. The point of one agency doing all three is that the technical work, the content and the commercial judgement stop being three different people's opinions.
How long before we see anything from SEO?
Months, not weeks. You'll see the technical fixes and the first pages inside the first month, and movement on the searches that matter over the following two or three quarters. If you need something this quarter, put the money into ads and let SEO be the thing that pays you back next year. We'd rather say that in the first twenty minutes than in month four.
Who writes the content?
We do, in-house, and the writing is in the fee rather than billed on top. Our senior copywriter writes the pages against a plan you've seen first, so nothing gets published that you wouldn't have chosen.
Can you guarantee we'll rank number one?
No, and nobody can. Google doesn't sell positions and doesn't take requests. Anyone promising you one is either guessing or about to do something to your site that works right up until the morning it stops working.
Does SEO still matter if people are asking ChatGPT?
Both matter, for now. Google still sends the overwhelming majority of the traffic, and the AI answers are growing fast off a small base. The work overlaps but isn't the same job, which is why AI search is a separate piece of work that runs on top of an SEO plan rather than instead of one. How we do AI search
Tell us what search should be doing for you.
A 20-minute call. Tell us what's not working; we'll say whether search is the right channel right now, and what we'd fix first. If it's not the right channel this year, we'll say what is.
