The questions you're about to ask.
What's the minimum commitment?
Start retainers run on a 3-month minimum with 30 days' notice. Accelerate and Fly are 6 months with 90 days' notice. We don't lock you in past that, and we don't make you sign for 24 months.
Who actually does the work?
Mira. Not a freelancer, not a sub-agency, not the cheapest hands we can find. You hire Mira; Mira does the work. The people whose names go on the proposal are the people doing the work.
Can I scale up or down between tiers?
Yes. Move up when you're ready, move down when you need to. We'll tell you which tier fits your spend or output level. The point of the tier ladder is to make that conversation simple.
Do you work with competitors in the same sector?
Usually yes. We don't take blanket exclusivity in a category, but we won't take two direct competitors on the same channel without a conversation first. If we're already running PPC for one of your competitors, we'll tell you before signing.
What does onboarding look like?
30-day discovery, audit, and setup. On Accelerate and Fly, the setup is folded into the monthly fee. On Start, there's a one-off setup fee at signing. After 30 days, you're live.
What happens if it doesn't work?
You can terminate at the end of the minimum term with the notice period that applies to your tier. We'll write a handover. We'd rather not be the agency you fire. But if we are, we'll make the leaving clean.
