A Shopify marketing agency for the store you already have.

We market Shopify stores, and we build them for the clients whose marketing we run. Paid ads that feed the store, Klaviyo email that brings the customer back, and Shopify SEO that gets the collections found, run by one team and reported in orders, not clicks. Start with one channel or hand over the lot.

The store's fine. The marketing around it is three suppliers who've never spoken.

Someone runs the Meta ads. Someone else set up Klaviyo eighteen months ago and hasn't touched it since. SEO is a plugin somebody installed. Each one reports separately, each report looks fine, and the number that matters, what an order actually costs you, isn't in any of them.

  • The Pixel under-reports, so the ads optimise on bad data and you overpay for every order.
  • The welcome flow is the only automation switched on.
  • The collection pages that should rank for what people buy don't, because nobody's written them to.

Shopify makes it easy to sell. It makes it just as easy to leak.

Most Shopify stores lose money before the ad runs, in the tracking and the hand-offs. The platform reports revenue, the ad platform claims it, the email platform claims it too, and the same order gets counted three times while the margin quietly goes. Nobody's lying. Nobody's looking at the whole thing.

Run the channels around the store as one plan.

One team, one plan, one number. We fix the tracking first, because everything else is built on it. Then the channels, in the order that pays: usually ads to win the customer, Klaviyo to bring them back, then SEO so the store stops paying for every visit. Some clients hand us one channel. Some hand us all of them. We market the store. If it needs rebuilding, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you who to ask.

Tracking, done right

Server-side tracking, event deduplication, a clean event-match score, so the platforms optimise on real orders and you stop paying for ones you didn't get.

Ads that feed the store

Meta, TikTok and Google Shopping, run to what an order costs you, with the creative made in-house.

Klaviyo that brings them back

Shopify's own data, purchase frequency, product affinity and lifetime value, turned into flows that don't fatigue in a fortnight.

Shopify SEO

Collections that rank for what people buy, product pages Google can read, and the technical work Shopify makes awkward.

Shopify SEO: the collection pages are the money pages.

Most Shopify stores rank for their own name and nothing else, because the collection pages are a title and a grid. A Shopify SEO agency's job is to make those pages the ones that rank for what people actually buy: written to the search, structured so Google can read them, and kept clear of the duplicate-variant and faceted-navigation mess the platform creates by default. Written in-house, reported in orders from search.

  • Collection pages written to rank, not just to list.
  • Product page structure, schema and speed on Shopify's terms.
  • Duplicate content, tag pages and variant URLs handled so the site isn't competing with itself.
  • The buying-guide content that catches the customer a step before the product search.

How it starts.

  1. 01

    The audit (free)

Tracking, flows, collection pages and the ad accounts. What's leaking, what's missing, and which channel to start with. You keep the findings.

  2. 02

    Fix the tracking

Before a pound of new spend. Everything else is built on it.

  3. 03

    The first channel

Usually ads, sometimes Klaviyo if the list is big and cold. Live inside thirty days.

Shopify marketing, answered.

What does a Shopify marketing agency do?

It runs the marketing around a Shopify store as one plan: the ads that win customers, the email that brings them back, and the SEO that gets the collections found. The difference from a general agency is the platform knowledge: Shopify's tracking, its data, and the SEO problems it creates by default.

Do you build Shopify stores?

Yes, though marketing the store is the service on this page. We build Shopify storefronts and landing pages for the clients whose marketing we run, and that work is on our websites page. If a build or a Shopify Plus migration is all you need, say so on the call: sometimes we're the right people for it, and when we're not we'll point you at someone who is.

What is Shopify SEO, and why is it different?

It's SEO on a platform that makes some things easy and some things awkward: duplicate product URLs, tag pages, faceted navigation and thin collection pages are all Shopify defaults. Shopify SEO means fixing those, then writing the collection pages to rank for what people actually buy.

We already have someone on ads and someone on email. Why change?

You might not need to. But if nobody can tell you what an order costs you across all of it, the problem isn't the suppliers, it's that nobody owns the whole number. That's the job we do.

What does it cost?

Three sizes, from one channel to the full plan, priced on your spend and your list. We tell you which fits, and what it costs, on the first call. No prices on the page, on purpose.

Tell us what the store should be selling.

A 20-minute call. Tell us what's not working; we'll say which channel we'd start with, and we'll tell you if the store itself is the problem.
